All macros.diet subscription purchases are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time, partial billing periods, accidental purchases, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction with nutrition estimates.
Canceling a subscription
You may cancel at any time through “Manage billing” on your account page. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Canceling does not create a right to a refund for the current period.
Mandatory rights and Paddle
Paddle is our merchant of record and processes payments and refund requests. This no-refund policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights, including any statutory withdrawal or refund right that applies where you live, or remedies for a product that is faulty or not as described. Paddle may also issue a refund at its discretion under its policies.
Where a refund is required by law or you believe a charge was unauthorized, submit the request through Paddle Buyer Support. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method and may end access to the paid plan.
